Acceptance

By using SitePadi, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

Permitted Use

• SitePadi is designed for professional construction project management
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN, and your account password (if you create one), secure
• You must not use the app for illegal purposes

Accounts & Cloud Backup

You can use SitePadi fully offline with no account, or create a free account (email/password or Google sign-in) to enable cloud backup and cross-device sync. Account authentication is handled by Firebase, a Google service, so creating an account also means agreeing to Google's applicable terms. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Data Responsibility

In offline mode, data lives on your device only, and you're solely responsible for backing it up — we strongly recommend exporting regularly via Settings → Export My Data. In account mode, your data is additionally backed up to our cloud database, but this is a convenience feature, not a guarantee: we are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, browser data clearing, sync failures, or service interruptions.

Subscription Plans

Note: in-app purchases are not live yet. Plan changes in the current version are for preview/testing only and do not involve real payment. The terms below describe how paid plans will work once billing is enabled.

• Free plan: limited to 1 active project and 150 records
• Pro plan: unlimited projects and records, PDF/Excel/email reports, cloud backup, ad-free — not yet available for purchase
• Business plan: everything in Pro plus team features — currently in development and not yet available for purchase
• Once billing is enabled, subscriptions will be managed through your app store, and refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase

Referral Program

Not currently active. The terms below apply once the referral program is turned back on. Participation is optional and governed by the program's rules, which may change at any time. Rewards are not guaranteed, may be delayed pending verification, and may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time.

Sharing Reports

If you choose to share or email a report to someone other than yourself (for example, a client or business partner), you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that information with them. SitePadi is not liable for any consequence of sharing a report with a recipient you've chosen.

Age Requirement

SitePadi is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Disclaimer

SitePadi is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss. Always maintain regular backups.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept updated terms.
